Will it fit my car?
If your BMW has a 74mm or 82mm rear badge — it fits. That covers 1–8 Series and X Series across E, F and G platforms, from E36/E46 classics to G20/G30 moderns. Nothing to measure.
How does installation work?
Pry the factory badge off (warm it, floss the adhesive, plastic trim tool). Behind it are two factory pin holes — on virtually every BMW. Antenna wire through one, power wires through the other, then plug into your trunk 12V socket or connect the direct wires to the fuse box. Some of the newest models lack the pin holes — a small thin hole can be drilled and HALO covers it completely. Under 30 minutes, fully reversible. Full walkthrough on the Installation Guide.
How is HALO powered?
Power wires run through the badge pin hole to your trunk fuse box — plug into the 12V socket, or use the direct wires if your car has no socket. No control box, no cutting or splicing of factory wiring — and it's fully reversible.
Can I upload my own content?
Yes. The web control panel accepts your own images, videos and GIFs alongside the pre-loaded library. Set Loop, Static or Auto mode, plus brightness and startup animations.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed in the order received. Tracking is emailed as soon as your HALO ships.
Is it road legal?
Rules for illuminated badges vary by region — check your local regulations. HALO is rear-only, and brightness auto-dims for night driving.

i was one of the first to get to install the HALO digital emblem on my BMW. No complaints so far. I put it on my x7 m50. It took 30 mins fro m taking old badge their outing wires to the 12v. I hid the wires pretty well with some clips or tucked in the trimming.
At night time is when the HALO really stands out. But daytime is great too. Love the ability to change animations based on my speed

Careful on the E88. The curve of the trunk leaves a huge gap in the middle of the emblem between it and the car. Only a little tape on the top and bottom actually touch the car. You will need to use silicone or some sort of glue
